DreamHomeSelectTM is a unique decision support mobile app that allows house and apartment hunters (and their
agents) to save time and fuel by, 1) identifying all relevant decision factors involved in choosing a place to live; 2)
ranking their priorities in order of importance; 3) grading up to 10 different properties, on each factor that is
important; 4) calculating an index score for each property; and 5) ranking the properties in order, so selecting the
